Things have been pretty cute around here lately with the latest addition to Wigwam Hill. One crazy kitty with an untamable cowlick named Pepper Pots.

Pepper came into our lives after we saw her cute little mug on a craigslist add one Saturday morning. That night we were on our way to get her, and soon she was our newest, wildest room mate.

Pepper was shy and quiet on her first night with us, and the next day it was like a switch flipped and she let her crazy out. She will run from one end of the house to the other, race you up the stairs, run across your laptop right when your in the middle of something, and tap your head at night when your sleeping.

She also can be a sweet kitty though, and take naps with you, listen along while you play guitar,  or follow you around the house. She's not a snooty cat, which Kev and I were grateful for, but she has her sassy moments for sure.

Welcome to your new home pepper, we hope you love us as much as we love you!

Looking at my previous post I realized that we've been in our new place for almost two in a half months now. We've put a lot of hard work into our little home for such a short amount of time, with more yet to come. So far Kev has built the big things like our bed and coffee table, while I took care of the cleaning and decorating. I'll get around to posting more pictures of that soon.

This Friday after work and school Kev and I headed over for some thai food at the small shopping center by our place. We got our usual pad Thai and green curry to share, and after filling our tummies full of spicy goodness we headed on home. Once we settled in Kev started playing All About That Bass, and I happily sang along while he took over the "ooo shoo wap wap!" backups.

After we surely made our neighbors sick of that song, Kev went downstairs to work on his not so secret project anymore, while I binged on Michael Buble music videos... is it Christmas yet?!?

Yep. Just another chill Friday night on Wigwam Hill.

Oh, and I included some pics of my most recent cooking victories, because they haven't all been so victorious.
